Digga is an Australian manufacturer known for durable auger drives built for a range of carriers, including skid steers, excavators, and backhoes. Each drive is engineered for consistent torque and reliable performance in demanding drilling conditions, whether you're setting fence posts, footings, or utility poles. Matching the right drive to your machine's hydraulic output and carrier size makes a real difference in drilling speed and control. At Skid Steers Direct, we stock genuine Digga drives ready to ship, and we can help you pair the right drive with compatible auger bits for your job. Browse our selection below, or contact us if you need help choosing.
A Digga auger drive is a hydraulic attachment that powers an auger bit for drilling into soil, mixing material, or setting posts. Digga builds drives for multiple carrier
types, and the right drive depends on your machine's hydraulic flow and the auger bit size you plan to run.
What carriers can run a Digga auger drive?
Digga auger drives are available for skid steers, excavators, and backhoes, with different configurations built to match each carrier's hydraulic output and mounting
style. Contact us and we'll help match a drive to your specific machine.
How do I know which Digga auger drive fits my machine?
Match the drive's rated hydraulic flow and mounting interface to your carrier's specs. Weight and tonnage class also matter for excavator and backhoe applications.
Contact us if you're unsure which configuration is right for your equipment.
Do I need specific auger bits for a Digga drive?
Digga auger drives use a standard hex or round shaft interface depending on the model, so bit compatibility depends on your specific drive. Contact us and we'll help
match the right bits to your Digga drive and application.
What's the benefit of a Digga auger drive over other brands?
Digga engineers its drives for consistent torque and reliable performance in demanding drilling conditions, which matters most in tougher soil or when drilling
repeatedly throughout the day. As an authorized dealer, we carry genuine Digga equipment backed by the manufacturer's warranty.

Works Awesome!
I got one and with a loader hitch conversion I use it on my John Deere tractor. It works amazing! So far I am super happy with it! Thanks for the product and the free shipping.
Well built and very good purchase. It beats mulching on trails or even clearing property to ready to build sites. No stumps to deal with or mess to clean up. I have worked over 60 hours with one and made several miles of trail for riding horses on . With in a few months they look like they have been there for years. I’ve cleaned up fence line covered with pines and no mess left behind. If you want a cleared clean finish job it is the way to go. I pull everything out by the roots and burn it or mulch the pile when I’m done. Attached are a few pictures of what I’ve pulled up with ease.

Strong Post Driver
At this point I have tested the Driver. I drove 4- 5" post. The post were blunt and drove in the ground with out any issues. I have a Liu Gong 9057 ZTS mini Excavator. 20 GPM flow. I have a job coming up with around 100 fence post that need to be drove into the ground. Rolling hills and valleys on this terrain. This should be a good test. I will send the Montana folks a few pics of this job. At this point I do recommend the driver. Stay tuned for more info....
